Edusoft has successfully integrated data from major vendors including STI, Central Access, C-Innovations, NCS SASI, Schoolwise, and EagleSoft Aeries. In the special case where a school has a unique system, Edusoft will work with the school and the SIS-provider to enable the export of relevant data.

Data integration combines your school district's student information system and high stakes data in order to deliver high quality analytical reports and assessment tools to help facilitate data-driven instruction.

Is there any manual data entry involved in the integration process?

There is no manual data entry involved in integrating your school's SIS information.

Edusoft will provide school districts with our data requirements to guide you through exporting the relevant data (student names, teachers, courses, etc). The exported files are then imported into the Edusoft system.

What are the main advantages to integrating my SIS data with Edusoft?

The integration of the SIS data guarantees that teachers and administrators can view and analyze their students' data throughout the school year, without having to manually enter data. Edusoft combines student, teacher, and course information from your SIS with high stakes assessment data provided to you by the state. This enables teachers to see how their current students performed on previous years' exams. Teachers and administrators can disaggregate high stakes data in Edusoft shortly after exam results are released by the state. Edusoft's SIS data integration also empowers educators to create, administer, and analyze standards-based assessments using our innovative paper-to-web scanning technology.

How does Edusoft ensure that my school's data is up-to-date in Edusoft?

During the middle of a term (semester), a school sends us an updated roster from their Student Information System. Edusoft "updates" their current roster by replacing it with this new one in a 2-4 day process, depending on the size of the district. At the beginning of a new term, we can load a new roster for the school, typically a 4-8 day process, depending on the size of the district.
